Aug 05,2015I have been using VA Property Consultants since 2011 to let and manage my properties and have been extremely satisfied with the service. Prior to this I used many other Agents and was of the opinion that there was none who could be trusted to to do the job without problems. I am very specific as to the type of tenants who rent my houses and unlike other agents that I have used in the past they do not waste my time trying to convince me to take tenants that they are clearly aware would not be suitable for my properties. I have also found VA Property Consultants to be excellent in dealing with tenants issues resolving matters quickly and fairly so that I can move forward quickly as a landlord. As a landlord that has always managed my own proprties i aproached many agents to take over the managemnt of my properties. I have used VA Property Services and dealt with Venessa for 8 years, during which time she has managed two properties for me and sold one of them.
